“I AM” Honor’s Project – Social Media

How do graphic design trends change across cultures? What social media habits vary from country to country? Is design strategy unified? Delve into the captivating world of design strategy as I uncover answers through an intriguing social media research project centered in Vietnam.

“I AM” – the Project

I conducted research on the current artistic scene in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with the help of a local missionary. I couldn’t travel there in person, but I connected with local graphic designers to discuss their personal practices and design strategies.

Armed with this newfound knowledge, I created a social media campaign based on the seven “I Am” statements from the book of John in the Bible, for the missionary to utilize in their outreach. If interested in my research findings, I’d be delighted to discuss them if you reach out to me!

“I am the bread of life.”

John 6:35

“I am the light of the world.”

John 8:12

“I am the gate.”

John 10:7-9

“I am the good shepherd.”

John 10:11

“I am life.”

John 11:25-26

“I am the way.”

John 14:6

“I am the truth.”

John 14:6

“I am the vine.”

John 15:5
